Annemieke Brouwer joined FLI’s EU Policy team through the 6-month EU Tech Policy Fellowship. Her research focuses on analyzing European AI policies and their effectiveness in mitigating AI risks. Previously, Annemieke interned as a Data Scientist at the Dutch Ministry of Finances and at the Red Cross. She holds a Bachelor’s in Applied Mathematics and a Master’s in Engineering and Policy Analysis, both from Delft University of Technology, and was awarded a 2-year ASML Technology Scholarship.
